Admissions Training & Coaching
Consistent training is a key component of both staff retention and yield. Instead of sending a few people to a conference, bring me to campus so that everyone can benefit. Over the past decade plus my engaging workshops and 1-on-1 conversations have helped thousands of Higher Ed professionals become more effective recruiters, territory managers, communicators, writers, and leaders.

My engaging workshops are effective for both new and experienced staff working with traditional or non-traditional students. I will equip everyone with practical sales tools as well as the latest best practices around how to connect, build personal relationships and trust, create engagement, communicate value, and drive action. The end result will be a more confident, proactive, and efficient team that better represents your college or university on campus, online, and on the road.

My most requested training is a two-day experience.
Prior to the training I conduct a unique focus group survey with your current or incoming first-year students to get key insights about their college search and decision making processes. The results will be shared with all attendees, and they allow me to further customize your training.
Day one will be approximately 6 hours of in-person learning, sharing, and strategizing.
