Communication Audits
I will review your enrollment communication plan as a whole, by student type, by class, or as a select number of pieces (i.e. a combination of emails, letters, text messages, brochures, and/or other print items).
You will receive a detailed report with feedback and recommendations on the language, tone, structure, content, format, and overall process currently being used.
The main goals will be to help you take a a more audience-centered approach to communication, deliver a clearer message, increase your level of personalization and engagement, tell a better story about your student experience, and differentiate your communications from your competitors.
